Eligibility Requirements

What We Look For

We maintain high standards to ensure the safety and quality of care our clients receive. Here's what you'll need to join the La Agency registry.

Licensure & Credentials

Valid, active Florida nursing license (RN, LPN, CNA, or HHA certificate)

Current CPR / BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

License in good standing with no disciplinary actions

Background & Eligibility

Must pass a Level 2 background screening (AHCA / FBI)

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Drug screening as required by placement facility

Experience & References

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates considered on a case-by-case basis)

Two professional references from supervisors or physicians

Up-to-date immunization records including TB test/screening
